An additional job I gave consent to complete was marked as declined and left, I feel this should have been mentioned on collection along with the reason. I wasn't aware until I got home and read through the paper work. I now have to deal with this.

Lauren was excellent,although I had to ring up about the mileage shown on the invoice which was miles out .The car cleaning was terrible I realise its for free but if you are going to do it let's have it right or not at all.
